Hello guys, I am Yifan Sun 孙一凡! Let me talk about myself in some short languages!
🎓 Education Background
I am currently pursing a master's degree (2021.9-2024.6) in Electronics and Information at École Centrale de Pékin, Beihang University (China), and my engineer degree (diplôme d'ingénieur) at École Centrale de Pékin, Groupe des Écoles Centrale (France), supervised by Prof Meng Song.
Before that, I obtained my BSc degree (2017.9-2021.7) in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics from École Centrale de Pékin, Beihang University.
🔍 Research Interest
My research interest mainly lies in privacy-preserving deep learning and its applications. During my graduate program, my research goal is to apply differential privacy (DP) to graph convolutional networks (GCN) in defense against membership inference attacks (MIA) in node, edge, and graph classification contexts. With these networks, we could build reliable and robust graph learning systems without worrying about potential privacy leakage risks.
I also invest in privacy-preserving issues in IoT and Natural Language Processing scenarios, such as the application of other privacy-preserving methodologies like physically unclonable functions (PUF) and secure multi-party computation (MPC) in real-world contexts, as well as privacy attack methodologies like membership inference attacks and backdoor injection attacks.
